What it is

CrossCoders is the first venture under the Foundation and the engine that funds the rest. It runs like a real studio — paid client work covers the bills and bankrolls a queue of free builds for churches and ministries that could never afford them. AI lets a small team build like a large one, so every rand of support goes roughly ten times further. This is the proof-of-model: a mission with a business inside it, not a bucket with a hole in the bottom.

The need it closes

The people doing the most important work often have the worst tools. Good software is expensive, and small churches are locked out — a gap that only widens as technology accelerates.

The engine

CrossCoders is the engine — the first venture, built to fund the rest. As the studio grows, its surplus seeds every other venture under the roof.

How it works

A studio that gives its best work away.

Companies pay CrossCoders to build software the way any good studio would. Those margins — stretched by AI — fund a parallel queue of free builds for under-resourced churches. The same senior craft a paying client gets, the smallest church gets too. Nobody is sold a discount version of the gospel.

What a church receives

The back office a small church could never buy.

  • A fast, modern website that makes a tiny church look established
  • Giving and donation tools that actually work on a phone
  • Member care, rosters and communication, all in one place
  • AI agents that answer questions, welcome newcomers and free up volunteers
  • Training so the team can run it themselves — it’s theirs to keep

Why it’s first

Built to fund the rest.

CrossCoders earns, so the Foundation can give. As the studio grows, its surplus seeds the ventures alongside it — orphan care, the makers, giving & relief. That is the whole design: build an engine first, then let it multiply into every other kind of mercy the Church is called to.

Questions

Good to ask.

Is the software really free for churches?

Yes — for under-resourced churches and Christian nonprofits that qualify, the build is free and the result is theirs to keep. Paid client work and supporters cover the cost.

How can it be free?

CrossCoders is a real studio. Paying clients fund the free queue, and AI lets a small team build like a big one — so the model works without anyone being short-changed.

What kind of churches qualify?

Small and under-resourced congregations and Christian ministries that genuinely couldn’t afford this otherwise. Tell us your situation and we’ll be honest about fit.
