Kingdom ComeFoundation
The model

A mission with a business inside it.

Not a bucket with a hole in the bottom — a flywheel. CrossCoders earns so the Foundation can give, and every turn funds the next venture.

The flywheel

How a rand becomes Kingdom work.

Four steps, turning again and again — each rotation builds the engine and seeds what’s next.

1Earn

CrossCoders builds software for paying clients — a real studio doing real, excellent work.

2Give

Those margins, stretched about 10× by AI, fund a queue of free builds for under-resourced churches.

3Build

The smallest church gets the same senior craft a paying client would — and it’s theirs to keep.

4Multiply

Surplus seeds the next venture under the roof — orphan care, the makers, giving & relief.

↻ And again — every turn of the wheel funds the next, and widens the roof.

The journey

Every venture travels the same road.

From a named need to multiplied impact — proposed, backed, built, shipped, and then seeding the next.

  1. 1
ProposedA need is named — by a church, a maker, or you.
  2. 2
BackedThe Foundation and supporters get behind it.
  3. 3
BuiltWe design, build and resource the work itself.
  4. 4
ShippedIt’s live and serving — and theirs to keep.
  5. 5
MultipliedThe surplus seeds the next venture under the roof.
The math

Why every rand goes further.

10×
every R1 does about R10 of Kingdom work, multiplied by AI
R10 000
puts one church online — a full build
~120
people reached per church equipped

Builds are funded in South African Rand; these are the figures we build to.

Questions about the model

The honest details.

The Foundation

What is Kingdom Come Foundation?

An umbrella over gospel-driven ventures. CrossCoders — free software for the Church — is the first venture and the engine that funds the rest: orphan care, the makers, giving & relief, and more to come.

Are you a registered nonprofit?

Not yet. We’re in formation and we say so plainly. Nothing here is an offer of securities or a claim of tax-deductibility; registration is in progress.

Why an umbrella instead of one charity?

Because the same engine that puts a church online can fund a carer’s home or a maker’s materials. One foundation, many hands — and a business inside it so the giving is sustainable.

How it works

How does the money multiply ~10×?

CrossCoders is a real studio. Paid client work funds free builds, and AI lets a small team build like a big one — so each rand of support does roughly ten rand of Kingdom work.

Where does my giving go?

To the general fund, or to a venture you designate. While we’re in formation you pledge now and we’re in touch as giving opens.

What does “in formation” mean for me?

It means we’re honest about the stage. You can pledge, apply, volunteer or propose a venture today; formal giving and registration come as we get there.

Getting involved

My church needs help — can I apply?

Yes. Tell us what you need — software through CrossCoders, or another kind of help under the umbrella — and we’ll be honest about fit and timing.

Can I propose a new venture?

Please do. If it serves the Church and the gospel, it belongs under this roof. Tell us the need, who might lead it, and who it serves.

Can I lead one of the “next” ventures?

We’re actively seeking leads for orphan care, the makers and giving & relief. If one of them is on your heart, start a conversation.

Want to turn the wheel with us?

Give to fuel it, bring your church a build, or help launch the next venture. The first conversation is free.
